Problematic

First time buying Sterra products and honestly appalled. Out of three units, two were defective. Customer service although friendly but slow in response. Very concerned over reliability of product now and kinda regretted. Should have opt for other brands. And now I have to wait more than two months for replacement unit. Gosh
