Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

Perform haircuts, styling, colouring, perming, and treatments based on client needs and preferences
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desired outcomes and recommend suitable services
Provide professional advice on hair care, maintenance, and product use
Build and maintain a loyal client base through quality service and rapport
Keep up to date with the latest hairstyling trends, techniques, and products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation in line with salon guidelines
Manage appointment schedules efficiently and minimise client wait times
Upsell relevant retail products and services where appropriate

Requirements and skills

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Hairstylist in a salon environment
Certificate/Diploma in Hairdressing or related qualification preferred (e.g., from ITE, WSQ-certified courses, or equivalent)
Proficient in a range of techniques: cutting, colouring, balayage/highlights, blow-drying, perming, treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanour
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Singaporean/PR only

Technician

Responsibilities

Perform professional installations of water purifiers at customers' locations, ensuring proper placement, connection, and functionality of the equipment
Conduct repairs and maintenance services on existing water purifiers/air purifiers/dehumidifiers/massage chairs to resolve any issues and ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and identify problems through comprehensive troubleshooting techniques. Determine the root cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions to resolve issues
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding the installation setup of water purifiers
Offer valuable insights on suitable locations, plumbing requirements, and other considerations to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation

Requirements and skills

Extensive plumbing and electrical work experience
Residential drilling experience (including granite and concrete preferred)
Residential plumbing experience (with diverter installation experience preferred)
Must have a valid Singapore Class 3/ 3a driving license
Able to work on weekends/shifts/overtime
Positive work attitude and customer-oriented
Physically fit to carry out daily installations

Finance Executive

Responsibility

1.⁠ ⁠Accounts Receivables

Oversee and manage the accounts receivables process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoice
Downloading of sales transactions from various online sales platforms and allocating revenue based on product.
Maintain thorough records of transactions to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report

Compile and analyze sales data on a weekly and monthly basis to generate detailed sales reports.
Updating of sales figures in accordance to sale channels and products
Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.

3.⁠ Inventory Management Support:

Assist in conducting comprehensive stock takes at various retail locations and warehouses
Ensure accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on stock levels.

Requirements:

Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
